Warranty Limitations

This Warranty does not cover existing glass
damage or damage that is caused by or results from-

(a) deterioration of the Product due to normal wear (windshield wiper scratching is considered
normal wear), accident, collision, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, modification, customization or vandalism,

(b)sandstorms, hail, tornadoes, hurricanes,

(c) any use of the vehicle on dirt roads, mining roads, gravel roads (off-road),

(d) chemicals and caustic materials,

(e) falling objects,

(f) cleaning or scrubbing the product on the windshield with abrasive material,

(g) any usage of a power washer on the windshield,

(h) fraudulent claims,

(i) installation by anyone other than a approved Windshield Film installer,

(j) misapplication or faulty installation, or

(k) cosmetic damage.

Installation & Care

For proper bonding of the film to your windshield, avoid using a commercial car wash of any kind and exposing the vehicle to rain and/or high wind environments for a period of 72 hours after installation.

* Do not attempt to pierce a water bubble during the curing period as this will cause damage to your film.

* The use of an automotive protective wax such as Turtle Wax or Meguiar’s Wax is an essential part for the maintenance. The wax will maintain the scratch resistance and water repellency of the film when it is used as directed. The wax also seals the film against bird droppings, bugs, oil, tar, grease, dirt and grime.The vehicle owner is recommended to continue to apply wax to the windshield every month during the life of the film.

* Remove any debris from the windshield wipers. Debris not removed prior to using the windshield wipers can scratch the film.

* Always use washer fluid(shampoo) when cleaning the windshield with wipers. Do not run the windshield wipers dry, as dry debris on the wipers or windshield can scratch the film.

* Clean your Windshield film regularly to remove staining items such as tree sap, bird droppings, tar, oils and bugs. Avoid using any cleaning solutions that contain petroleum distillates, alcohol and silicone oils or like ingredients. Use a mild soap with water mixture, and a soft cloth to clean.

* Do not use any sort of acid wash on the Windshield film, as it will ruin the film.

* Do not use sharp objects on the Windshield film. Ice scrapers of any design cannot be used on the Windshield film. If your windshield wipers are damaged, immediately replace them before use on the film.

* When washing your vehicle, do not use high pressure washers on the film. Doing so could damage the film. To clean your windshield with film applied,use only soap and water with soft cloths. No abrasive materials should be used.

* We do not recommend installing windshield protection film on damaged glass with chips, bullseyes or deep scratches. Glass should be repaired prior to installation for best film adhesion.
